With the recent loss against Utah, many BYU fans said some very harsh words for the coaches and players. Fans were yelling at the coaches and players during the game and to make things worse, hate mail filled our coaches' inboxes. Players and coaches have feelings too and it's sad that some BYU fans had so many bad things to say. Losses happen in football. That's just how it goes. Negativity is not going to help our BYU football team do better. It will only hinder their performance.
BYU players and coaches need to know that they have fans that will cheer for them and support them even when it is tough. We need to tell them we are their fans.
So, to all those loyal Cougar fans out there, let's show our football team that we support them full-heartedly. Let's cheer hard. Let's be positive. Let's be committed to rised up!
For all those true BYU football fans, submit a comment about your favorite thing about BYU football (player, coach, play, thing) or simply add your name so that we can show our coaches and players that we fully support them in all that they do.

I'll be the first to say (other than Dustin) that I'm a true Cougar fan. We're still the best and we're still gonna win lots of games. I haven't given up.
BYU football has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I love BYU football no matter how the team is doing. I think that we need to be more than fair weather fans.

The Cougars have an incredible football history. BYU Football is a legacy. I completely support the team and trust in their innate drive to improve and find their real game in this new, independent season.
I'm in the Cougar marching band and I just love cheering for our football team, win or lose. I think this recent game was a very humbling experience but at the end of the day we are still BYU and we still represent something great, football is just a game after all.

We all need to Rise Up and Cheer our Cougars on. I will always be a die hard Cougar fan and would live them if we lost every game. We need to RISE UP and be there for our team when they need us the most. GO COUGARS!!!!

It's a GAME! there is no reason to yell and scream negatively... I believe We ALL loss some "Games" in our own Daily LIFE... all we can do is Learn from OUR Mistakes....
Cougs, don't listen to the naysayers. You've got plenty of fans who will always stick by you. It was just one game. Apparently you have way more fans than you may realize!

I'm a true blue cougar fan... but let's face it, sometimes criticism brings about good change. Heaps sucks and needs to be replaced. We need a running back too, De Luigi is a joke. Where is Lavell Edwards when we need him? If he were dead he would be rolling over in his grave right now. We need to recruit utah state's quarterback to bring us back to excellence. Go cougs.
